Nextgen Project - High speed fibre-optic network.

QMIS was engaged by Visionstream on the contruction of Australia's newest high speed fibre-optic network: -

To develop, implement and maintain the Project Management Systems ensuring that they complied with the client requirements in addition to the Telecommunications Act and AS/NZS ISO 9001, 14001 and AS/NZS 4801.
To manage the environmental, land access and social aspects of the project. This involved drafting and implementation of environmental management plans, conducting training, management of a range of consultants and ensuring the requirements of Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act were met.
