QMIS is a management consulting firm providing professional services at a project or organisational level. Our main objective is to enable your organisation to improve work practices, achieve efficiencies and, where required, attain third-party certification.

We work with your team to develop a plan and measurable targets to ensure you achieve your goals. We are able to work at all organisational levels, from providing executive advice and comprehensive assessments and recommendations, to working with field personnel in implementing key processes and structures. Our participation on projects can be from inception to completion or day-to-day as required.

Our extensive experience includes working with a broad range of public and private organisations of all sizes, up to large government groups and corporate international and multinational firms.
